Visit the Paper and Watermark Museum of Fabriano
Детали опыта
Fabriano is known worldwide as the cradle of Western paper. Thanks to its Master Papermakers, the city developed handmade paper production techniques as early as the 13th century, deeply influencing printing and the spread of culture. It was on Fabriano paper that Gutenberg printed his Bible, and artists such as Michelangelo and Beethoven left their mark on history.
